M/s. Varshinis En-Test Laboratories Private Limited is incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 (Corporate Identity Number - U 74220 TN 2008 PTC 066735 2007-2008) on 7^th March 2008 by the Registrar of Companies, Tamilnadu.  The company was promoted by the technocrats Dr. M. Gandhirajan and Er. G. Amarnath.  & Dr. M. Gandhirajan is Chairman of the company.  He has obtained M.Sc., M.Phil. & Ph.D. in Chemistry , a Chartered Chemist, Chartered Scientist & Member of Royal Society of Chemistry (U.K.)and has vast knowledge and more than three decades of experience in Environmental Pollution Control including establishing and operating Environmental Laboratory.  Er. G. Amarnath is Managing Director of the company.  He obtained B.Tech. and M.S. (By Research) Degree in Chemical Engineer and has 10 years experience in design, execution and operation & maintenance of industrial effluent treatment and    re-cycling plants.

The main object of the company is to set up Environmental Laboratory to carry out water, sewage, industrial effluent, ambient air, stack emission, hazardous waste and solid waste sample collection and analysis.  Accordingly the company has set up the laboratory which accommodates modern analytical instruments of reputed make and updated standard reference.  The laboratory is manned by experienced technical personnel  with graduation / post graduation in Chemistry / Environmental Science.
